Spots on nose

Hi new to all this sorry if no good.my neighbours had a fire on Christmas day and since then my jug has come out in spots all over his nose haven't been able to get in to vets.

That looks very sore, has he been burned?

I don't think he got that close just the smoke and upset

Disclaimer: I'm not a vet. But that looks nasty to me and if it's not a burn then I'd be really worried about smoke inhalation which can be very dangerous. I'd also be trying to find an emergency vet who would at least listen to what happened and look at the photo.

Thank you IV got him the vets tomorrow as IV just moved and had to register him .I'll look online now see what we can do

All sorted thanks for the help the fire gave him stressed out and made him break out in spots.
