Welcome @Spaniel fan - havibg an 11 year old I am out of touch with fouling in the house! But someone will be able to help you :)

The general advice is:

Take her outside very often - hourly or maybe even more - to give her the best chance of 'getting it right'. Praise her when she wees or poos, and give her a treat.

Watch out for signs of her wanting to wee when she's in the house, e.g. circling and sniffing, and if you see them, take her outside quickly.

If she does wee in the house don't say anything - you don't want her to be afraid to wee while you're looking as she might then just sneak behind the sofa to do it. Clean it up thoroughly with a biological cleaner with no ammonia. Any lingering smell will make her think that's the right place to go.

Good luck!

:)We have the world's most remedial cocker spaniel! It took him at least eight months to be anywhere near reliable. BUT not his fault. Dogs control muscles in that region have to fully mature before they can decide when and where. So even when he'd almost got the hang of it an unexpected visitor who (of course!) made an instant fuss of him produced an instant response. Agree with everything already said: no scolding, just ignore and clean up and praise outside when puddles are produced!
