Does anyone know what the entry is for South Wales on Saturday??

Can't seem to find it in either of the Dog papers, but this could just be me!

177 dogs I do believe (don't know what the split is though)

Yep I will be there with my pup, just hoping it isn't as hot as some of the other shows I have been to this year. Mind you it should be okay at 9am! :p

How about you Dessie?

Yep Millie and I will be there. What is your puppy's name and we will look out for you and him

:D Yes we will definatly be there.............but don't know if we will get to see minor puppy dog though!! I will have to make sure I keep Dessie moving on time LOL...........see you there Joe :D

Her construction isn't too bad considering. But age has taken it's toll hasn't it. LOL!

:D Could be right there Beejay.............think it maybe has something to do with her getting another year older a couple of days ago LOL :D

I think that I maybe hiding on Saturday. :b

Though happy belated birthday Caroline. It wasn't the 8th was it?

Beware there are roadworks on the M50 and A40. I know of someone coming from the other side of the country who missed their class due to roadworks ie coming from the south bound M5. The other comment is it's quite a way from the car park. Apart from all that the ground is said to be nice.

I wonder where the toilets are and where the whippets are benched in relation to where they are being shown. <wry grin>

Yeah I have heard it is about a 1mile walk from the car park! :(

My boy is in puppy now, just moved up he is Terichline Yarrow at Dorwest - see you there Dessie & Millie :D

See you there Joe, I am just ignoring those other two women and their comments!! (who needs enemies when you have friends like them!!) LOL

Millie and I have discussed your puppy's name before as I was surprised that Dorwest had been granted as an affix (in the light of the Dorwest Herb company) so look forward to putting a face to a name, as it were!! I will be going into the ring with my Junior brat as you vacate it!

Good luck if we don't see you before you go in

Ah it's you. We were having a chat at the Dorwest stand last year at Paignton. I own the black whippet (see photo :) ) that you were making a fuss of. We were talking about your new pup then. We both also have Terichline deerhounds.

Small world isn't it!! LOL. Beejay's black Whippet is a relative of my black Whippets (too old to show now!!) and Lochsong. I just LOVE Caroline's B&W Whippet, Panda.

BTW Beejay, it was 9th not 8th!!

Yes I remember Beejay, because I was thinking about seeing you at Paignton when I was there the other week showing the pup! Thing is I have a bad memory for faces so if you recognise me anywhere just shout!

Yes my dad has a deerhound sired by carolines dog. I am just sticking with the whips for now! Already hoping to get my second in the not too distant future (everybody said it would happen!). Yes, I agree Dessie, Panda is an absolute beauty.

Hopefully catch up with you tomorrow :D

;) Sorry to miss you yesterday Joe, Millie and I didn't realise until too late and we were talking to Beejay, that you are a girl and not a boy (it was the way you spell Joe that threw me!!!!! And we also understand about the affix as well!!!!! :D :p :D

I just LOVE Caroline's B&W Whippet, Panda
Dessie - July 11th

Got a pic of this one Dessie - and more info? (for those of us who don't know who you're talking about and are keen on b&w?.....Me!)

Sorry I missed you too! :D I wasn't sure who you were but thought you would see me - oh well, next time! To be honest it was so hot I spent most the day spending 10 mins by the ring and then cooling off in the shade!

My little lad looked so miserable in the ring, he hates the heat and so we didn't get anywhere. He moved at about half the pace of all the others! :( Later he was in the puppy stakes which was held in the main ring under cover and he was happy as larry, can't win can you! It has been so hot at all the shows this year, can't really complain though :D

We have had the affix for around 35 years, but not used in whippets, so it must be okay!!

Hope you all had a good day :D
