Anyone going to SWKA on Thursday? Have just looked at the weather there and it is supposed to be 13 degrees and rainy, but they said that about Bath too, and got that completely wrong!!! :p

Good luck to any K9ers who are going and hope to meet some of you there, probably at the chip stand ;) ;)
 
I'm meant to be going - but going to decide later for sure -

Not too keen on the idea of gale force winds and torrential rain (w00t)

Not much fun :( Mind you I am bit of a wuss

Where is the hype that Windsor had. Why is this show different to any other dog show??? 8)
 
Im not going either , would like to have entered under Dennis Mayger ,but you cant do all of them and at the mo they are coming think and fast, Paington next week and East of England the following, :D
 
Blimey if I have to pay £4.20 to enter Wales I'd at least want tickets for the IGs.

Well I was going to go. But haven't. The weather put me off. It's only about 30 mins down the road from me so I was going as a spectator and shopper. I missed the closing date. :b

The results should be available in a few hours time Cartman. You'll just have to be patient. Had I gone I could have posted 'em on here but as I didn't.......................... They'll be on here at some point.

:D Well the DCC went to Turnbulls Elvencharm Zola at Turnstone - I think I am right in saying this was his 3rd ticket-

From the applause round the ring I would say this was a very popular choice. RCC was Ruby Rascal. Best dog Puppy was Lowglen Mr Grant.

Sorry, thats all I have time to write, have got the ther dog results somewhere but I am sure some ther much more organised person will post them! :p

BTW didn't get caught in the rain once!

Very well done to all who did well at SWKA and so pleased for the Turnbulls and Elvencharm Zola - a very worthy champion and a really lovely dog. It was a great day for them and everyone was so pleased - Vanessa couldn't walk more than a few paces without someone stopping and shaking her hand :D

And Zephyr got 4th in Limit dog from an entry of 26 so I was very pleased indeed. :)

Although it was 13 degrees, cold and windy - it didn't actually rain most of the day - saved that for the journey home where we had torrential rain, thunder, hail etc but Liz and I and the dogs all got home safely :thumbsup:

Of the whippets I have seen win of late, I think Bardo is the better of them. I love that bitch. :wub:
