today i spotted what looks like a sore near my dogs anus, now two years ago he did suffer from anal gland trouble but i found a food that keeps his stools hard so been ok for two year, it dosnt look like a abcess plus the dog is happy bouncy, treating it with dilluted tcp at moment but any idea and what would you use? many thanks.

I'd take him to the vet because I'd be worried it was anal furinculosis which would require cyclosporin, hopefully it's not but best be on the safe side.
