Im so proud of my son adam i could burst with happiness as he did in my opinion very well in his gcse he got .....

Liberty got hers as well :thumbsup:

now bearing in mind she totally hates school and i just about had to chain her to the house to get any revision done..........she did very well indeed.......we are all really really pleased :D

Well done to Adam and Liberty, thats great :thumbsup: It's always an anxious wait for the postman when exam results are due.

Its a shame your eldest is having to wait until tomorrow for his, especially since his brother got his today. Up here everyone gets their results on the same day no matter what year you are in

I cant even begin to tell you how pleased we are, having battled with her school for years about her "laziness" and "in her own little world"..........to have the special needs teacher to say there is NO problem with her she just doesnt want to learn.........to then take her to a private clinic and spend £2000 to get told what the teachers should have known and get told that she has "inattentive ADHD" was actually quite a relief :unsure:

liberty has very very poor short term memory......i can send her up stairs for something and by the time she gets there she has forgotten what she went for :wacko:

her brain does not produce the right chemicals for her to remember things..............so school work is very difficult..........everything has to be written down for her............so for her to get these results.......

4 x C's

2 x D's

2 x E's

she is going in the 6th form to retake some of them :thumbsup:

Huge Well Done to Adam and Liberty on your great results. Your mums are so proud and for them to say you don't have to help with the washing up for a week is wonderful :thumbsup:

Well done to you all. My eldest took her KS3 Sats this summer. Well you all know the mess they made of marking those so we have no results till they go back in September.

Anyhow we now have her going through all the course work and gcse studies for the next couple of years. To be fair though she has been very good so far and not given us any grief. Mind you she needs to be self motivated as the school seem uninterested in her achievements to date.
