Hi, my friends have a bunny which gets brought inside for the winter, does anyone know if these plug in ultrasonic pest repellents affect rabbits, it only mentions pet rodents, gerbils and chinchillas (a rabbit isn't much bigger than a chinchilla, not sure if it goes by size as it says they don't affect pet birds  )

they use sound and electromagnetism

i would be suprised if it works on a mouse never mind a rabbit

I'd get in touch with the manufacturer to be on the safe side.

(Bunnies arent rodents tho, they are lagomorphs, but I cant see that making any difference to the repeller?)

:( have you tried one of these without effect ?

I have one of these and yes they do work. We has loticed a bit of scraztching about in the loft, and after a day or so, no more coming and going noises.

Also, my daughter put on in the barn where she works (which is being used as laundry) because she has noticed lots of droppings. After a few days there was no new evidence of visitors

I would check with the manufacturer, as I would think they would be a problem with the rabbit, it would not kill it, but I think the noise would distress it.

They work well on mouses Ratties and  Bats....but don't know about Bunnies...sorry
