Fabulous photos. Can I ask what the shrub is? I don't reconise it!

I just know it as a Snowball bush........sorry im usless i know

What a beautiful shrub. It's funny you should post some photos of this snowball bush. I was walking round Batsford Aboretum (near Moreton in Marsh) today and saw one in flower, as beautiful as yours. I had to stop and ask what it was.....it was so striking. Wish I had the room for one in our garden.

My mum has just planted a Red one, i've only ever seen

White so i will be waiting for that to bloom with interest :))

Ann that is really lovely....does it have a fragrance too? it looks so striking...

I'm fortunate to have one in my garden, think it's called Viburnum opulus

Lovely pictures again, your garden must be great to sit in.

I agree, Viburnum opuls. I love viburnums especially the larger ones. Unfortunately, I just do not have the space. They grow into large shrubs. Never seen a red viburnun only very dark pink so I am looking forward to the photos.

That looks gorgeous  I had never heard of one before

Some beautiful photos everyone. I wish I had the room for a Viburnum Opulus. I have a Viburnus Tinus as a standard in a pot and a Viburnum Davidii in the ground but they are both small bushes not the enormous specimens some of you have. You are lucky to have large enough gardens!!

Anyone else got anything in flower in their gardens at the moment? Would love to see some more photos (especially with the weather so dull at the moment)
