got a smoothie maker today and have so far made a chocolate milkshake :b so was wondering if any of you lot had any yummy smoothie recipes i could try out??

my fav is strawberry & blueberry with ice cream...........yum yum

6 strawberries

1 banana

1 tub natural yogurt

1 scoop good vanilla ice cream

A little skim milk if too thick

Buy the over ripe fruit going cheap at the supermarket at the end of the day

Mangos are lovely as is fresh pineapple with a scoop of citrus sorbet thinned with oj if needed.
