Get your show dates and venues sorted out now at committe level for 2012, and pm them to me and I will compile a list of shows and racing events for next year to put up on the various forms. Sort it out now, earley and this will avoid 2 shows overlapping on the same date, and you will also get the dates and venue of choice.Otherwise you will have to take what dates are left. If 2 dates does happen to overlap, it will give each club time to discuss and sort out between themselves.Lets compile a list so every club or organiser can have a look at the list, and If the list has to be ammended because of overlapping, just pm me when new date agreed and I will ammend the list. I have no problem with that.
