just been on the rspca website, and am pleased to say that on thursday 1st december, the rspca handed over their petition, signed by over 200'000 caring people, to the french embassy :thumbsup:

lets just hope something will be done about this awful business

That's great news and thanks for the up-date..... Lets just hope that there are some changes made quickly to stop this awfall practice!
