We will be holding the first fund raising event for this new charity "Samuels Boxes" on 19th May.
£3 per dog with 3 handicaps (scratch, non-ped & pedigree) racing for the Samuels Boxes Trophies.
As much support as possible will be very much appreciated by the club & the charity.

I first came across Helen Cuthbertson on a pregnancy forum last year when she went overdue with her first baby "Samuel". At 2 weeks old Samuel was diagnosed with a rare terminal muscle condition Myotubular Myopathy & wasn't expected to live past a few weeks old, despite the odds Samuel battled on for 7 1/2 weeks until his little body could take no more & he sadly passed away in his mums arms. Myself & Michelle followed Samuels Diary for those weeks & were devastated to hear the news, Samuel was such a happy smily baby with real character & touched the lives of so many people who didn't even know him in real life, which is why on hearing the charity had been set up we decided we should do as much as we can to help.
To read more about this fabulous little boy & his charity see the web site Samuels Boxes
I can't read it without crying at how selfless Helen & Ian are & how positive they can be after such a big loss that they want to help other families in the same situation.
