Saluki Type Lurchers Required

Just a quick request on behalf of a lady i know. She and her friend bought 2 Saluki litter sisters several years ago, recently her friend's dog has died so she is looking for another one. The lady i spoke to is also after one for company for her dog Meg. Both would like Saluki types, preferably puppies but would consider young adults, and would prefer bitches but again may consider males. They will just be pets BTW and the lady i know doesn't work and looks after her friend's dog while she works. They also are willing to travel any distance to collect. They both live in Manchester.

Will try all the rescues etc on Friday but thought i'd just see if any are about on K9 in the meantime. Thanks very much :thumbsup:

Have a look in Countrymans Weekly, comes out on thursdays, it has a dog selling section. Sallys are quite often advertised, GOOD LUCK, Mike

There are often lovely rescue lurchers/saluki x on the following rescue sites....and if you can't find one, I'm sure someone on either forum will know of one or two needing a home!

Also there are a dog and two bitches on here. (The bitch in the photo is obviously a saluki x as well which they haven't picked up on) And they aren't thin they are fit.
