Sad News

We would like to let all our friends know that Lucy, our first whippet who came to us through Whippet Rescue, passed away last Friday, just a couple of weeks short of her 15th birthday. It was a very painful decision for us to make, as it must be for everyone. We miss her terribly, but she is now at peace.

So sorry to read about Lucy. I am mindful of the passing years as our oldest two, Sax and Flute will be 14 in March. Sax still seams healthy but Flute is very wobbly these days. He often falls over and we find him on the floor, unable to get up. But put back on his feet, he toddles off happily, and I hope he can carrry on like this for a while yet.

Heard on the grapevine that you might be paying us a visit at Glos. Look forward to the family reunion. Ozzie will enjoy seeing his brothers again. Me too! love Lesley.

Sorry to hear about Lucy. The first one is always a bit special too. At least she lived a long and happy life with you two.

So which is Spiderman and which is Celtic Chase. I think I can guess though. In fact I am sure you have told me before

Sorry to hear your sad news - I'm sure she was very special.

I had a Lucy too, and she was very special. What a good age your Lucy was, I'm sure she ahd a very happy life with you.

Looking forward to meeting your two boys - we've met Ozzie, and he's wonderful!
