S oxford rescheduled race meeting and agm

Due to the weather and floods we have cancelled trying to hold meeting in Feb and have gone for the 9th March. hopefully things will be all dried out by then.

Please let Steph know the tuesday before to book in for racing and let me know any items for the agenda.
