Running Harness

Hello!

Does anyone know of good harnesses for running? I would like to try running my whippet in a harness. We put in at least 4 miles and if she spots something and tries to run its less strain than if the lead was attached to her collar. I'd love to find something safe and comfortable for her; does anyone have any recommendations or know who makes something suitable?

Hi EmmaReed I'm sure some one will come up with a good link to a site for you and some good advise, :thumbsup: but i would be a bit careful if you are thinking of letting your dog off in say, a woody or dense under growth area in case it Chase's something, they can sometimes get caught on branches and this may cause harm to your dog, :thumbsup: good luck with your whippet and your search for a harness. di

Do you mean running with your dog? If so google cani x - it is a sport. They run with harnesses specially designed to attach to the handler. Seen it at Crufts.
