Royal Mail

Last Friday I sent Button's papers of to the greyhound stud book to be changed into my name. I sent it signed for mail so I would know it would get there.

It'll be there in 2 working days they said. I checked on the royal mail track ad trace yesterday and they said it hadn't arrived .I've just checked again and they say they still have no information :rant:

The thing is until I get the papers back I can't register her with the kennel club and I can't show her :rant:

Needless to say they'll be getting a phone call of me tomorrow as soon as I get home and check the trace I'd have been better sending it just normal 1st class mail it would have got there by Monday morning

Well I've rung the royal mail today and they've still no records of Button's papers being delivered. They won't declare it lost until Dec 12th which isnot much use to me.

I then rang the greyhound stud book to find out what I have to do if they are lost in the post and the strange thing is they HAVE recieved them and are already on their way back to me.

So much for the royal mails track and trace service (w00t)
