The weather was good and the ground just fine which was a good start for our first proper race meeting of the season.
We had had enough dogs to make two weight groups and ran in three rounds for points. Distance was 150 yards at 1/2 yrd/lb. Puppies and veterans recieved an age allowance as always.

Three of the puppies from the Time Keeper x Conway Lady litter are just starting racing, namely Just Like Cassie (22lb), Xile (22lbs) and Time & Chaos (29lb)
New member, Kim Duddridge was trialling her 8 month old puppy Tilly (First Furrow x Bea Ginn Ess). Last week was the first time that Tilly had ever been to a race track but she took to it straight away and this week was even more enthusiastic and Kim seems hooked. She is already thinking about her next puppy
