Rescue Puppy

Hi,

I’ve just adopted a 20 week old Mixed breed puppy from Romania. She’s a collie/retriever cross and absolutely gorgeous.

I’ve joined this forum for support and to chat all things puppy. I’ve had her a week and to honest I’m exhausted! I love her to bits but struggling a bit, especially as I live alone and so feel a bit isolated at the moment.

Welcome! Puppies do turn your life upside down, more than you can ever imagine beforehand!

Welcome and, oh yeah- shocking isn't it? They are amazing and crackle with energy and bring chaos trailing behind them! Don't bother about a tidy house/ garden, don't wear decent clothes, just enjoy. AND don't feel you have to devote all your time to training; just enjoy as well. They grow up really quickly and then become stodgy and middle aged before you know it.
