Rat

(w00t)

I had the same thing happen to me years ago. I managed to catch it by the tail and tried to wake up my husband to help me - he just kept snoring  I got the window open (ground floor) and was gently lowering him to the ground to let him go when the bl***y thing bit me  I screamed, fell over backwards and knocked a lamp over, and my husband slept through the whole thing  I could have killed him

LMAO !!! hahahaha !!

It is easier to use an old towel to wrap them in ...It will protect from a bite. They only bite out of fear.....

LOL. yes rats have very strong jaws and can give nasty bites. I managed to get bitten by them on several occasions. Towel is not much use when you are trying to look in their mouth, though. I used to live in an area where we had a small, very rat like marsupial, so whenever my cat brought home a rat I had to get it and make sure it is indeed a rat and not one of these native little creatures. The way to tell was to look inside their mouth, the marsupial has totally different teeth. Well, most were rats, many did not take kindly to their teeth being examined. One bit my finger right through my fingernail and would not let go! (w00t) After being bitten i used to go to doctor in our little country town for the shots. Once as i waited in the crowded waiting room, when the doctor asked who is next through intercom, the very young and loud receptionist shouted into it; "Mrs Simon.... got bitten by rat again" (w00t) :b and i had to get up and walk across the waiting room while all the other people stared at me in stunned silence  :D
