I think I understand QE
1 - The Association creases a scheme of double points for its competition.
2 - It sells the idea to the clubs in an attempt to boost the competition, but the clubs are not offered the double points.
3 - This reduces the value of a single point and hence the competition.
4 - Leading to the owners looking elsewhere for competition, and reducing the entry of the club events.
5 - Clubs complain of the unsporting nature of the new scheme and appeal to the Association.
6 - back to point 1 and the system recycles!
