Came home tonight to find my sons in a huge panic, 5 minutes earlier my pup Luna had chewed through the mains cable to the TV (w00t) Luckily my lad found her, still attached to the cable and shaking, and had the sense not to grab the pup but to switch off the power at the plug. Luna is fine, just a bit of a burn to her mouth. And the TV is Ok as well :clapping:

Thats more than Lucky

OMG thats one lucky pup you have there glad shes ok though

Thing I'd put something heavy over the cable and make sure there's no other electrical wires that shecan get at or make sure they're all unplugged if you leave her

My mums pup chewed through the cable to the fridge some time ago and lived to tell the tale I thught it was cats who had nine lives

Oh boy! :sweating:

I'm so glad that she's okay. And that your son was clever enough to keep his head and not touch her. And that the TV is okay.

Glad everyone is ok.

It's lucky Luna didn't get electrocuted. Your son is a star, with his quick thinking and doing the right thing.

Hope luna's mouth isn't too sore, :luck: for a quick recovery.

Such an unfortunate accident, makes me think, there for the grace of God go I.

Maybe you should rename Luna....... Sparky

Luna seems fine, just a little quiet, she had a big dinner so her mouth obviously doesnt hurt too much :)

That's amazing that she survived. Will you be taking her to vet to get her checked out?

WELL DONE TO YOUR SON!!

His quick thinking was definately excellent, I doubt many adults would have the sense to stop and think in such a scary situation.

Hope Lucky Luna is feeling much better soon :luck:

OMG................Terrifying!!!!!! How clever your lad is................I hate crates, but that is certainly a case for using one to keep puppy safe, so glad Luna is here to tell the tale :huggles:
