We are going to Jersey on the 25th August, taking the car with Condor ferries, which leaves 7am in the morning from Weymouth. We decided to go the day before, the dogs are going in the kennels in the morning(a excellent kennels) We are staying at Weymouth,so we booked a room at Premier(online) so that we know we got a room for the night :D A lot of B&B won't allow you stay just for one night(July,August time)plus hubby does'nt want any breakfast just in case he is sea sick :x   so just wondering if anyone stayed at Premier(not that it matters because we are staying there anyway) but its nice to know the verdict on these places eg how clean they are etc.

OH has stayed in them and says they are clean , so they might be (w00t)

Hiya

We've stayed in Premier Inns when we've needed a one night stop over after going to gigs etc and have always found them to be very good - really clean, spacious, comfy and a nice breakfast as well. And I'm really fussy about cleanliness in hotels! We went to one in Dublin, having booked a family room for 4, and got a mini suite with two very large rooms and enormous bathroom. Would always recommend them :) The one in Manchester even lays on late night pizza after gigs/ matches etc

PMSL could vision hely taking her new hoover with her :D
:p im not quite that bad...but i have refused to stay in a hotel that was not up to my standards before :b

Premier Travel Inns are alot better than some of the more expensive hotels, both independent and chain.

I have stayed in so many different ones over the last 25 years and, now the Premier Inns are attached to establishments which can offer breakfast, you can't really go wrong with them

Hope you have a LOVELY holiday, Dawnie :D xx

I've stayed in a Premier Inn, and would definitely do so again. As previously said, clean, roomy, comfortable and nice breakfasts. They charge a bloody good room rate in comparison to other hotels (none of this 'per person' rip off nonsense). Excellent value for money

Thanks Nicola  We are paying £73.00,although they seem to advertise rooms for £29.00
