Pot Luck Handicap

A programme made up on the track on 18th July saw the initial running of the Pot-Luck Handicap over 160 yards. Heavy rain before the racing soon dried into the running surface and left the track in very good condition.

The first round drawn heats were used to divide the runners into graded finals.
