Posting pictures

Hi I must be really thick can someone please explain very simply how to post pictures because as you can see from my previous posting I've done something really weird thanks in advance.

I know what you mean, my first one to get on was the pups last week. What you have to do is reduced the size of your photo to maybe 2" x 3" .so not so many kg or what ever is used. Hope this helps. ???
