Muffin's mum Millie keeps losing her balance and falling over. The vet thinks it's a neurological/neck problem. She's alert, eating and drinking but struggling to co-ordinate her movements and falls when on the tiled or wooden floor. She has been put on anti-inflammatory's to see if they help. Was just wondering if anyone on here has any suggestions as to what the problem could be. She must be about 9 or 10.

I presume te vet has checked her ears for an inner ear problem . Is her head still forwards ad not to one side ?

Tina messaged me with the same question. I've asked Millie's owner if he's done that. Thanks

The vet didn't check her ears! Can't believe he didn't - even in humans a balance problem is often connected to a ear problem. Both Millie's owner and her daughter are suspecting a trapped nerve though.

Have they tested her joints for auto immune disease this is how my whippet started he has auto immune disease, it is tested by draining fluid of there joints
