Is this just me or has anyone noticed after sending a PM you have to wait a few minutes before the next one ?

It is a bit irritating - although I understand why it needs to be done.

I do hope it's temporary. I found out yesterday that placing a comment on someone's profile also counts as a PM and you have to wait 5 mins after that too!!!!! (w00t)
