Am a little bit confused with this "Urgent" Petition.

I signed this Petition back in the fall of 2004.

On looking back it has the same Addy.

Question is, was this Petition presented to the Aussie Gov in that year and left on the petition site to be raked up again.

Or are they waiting to get a good response to present it to the Aussie Gov?
