Can taking your dogs to a park to play fetch or any other game improve behaviour?

Yes any kind of games that you play with your dog will improve the bond you have with your dog and hence improve their behaviour in that they are more likely to want to spend time with you as opposed to running off on their own to play with other dogs or just sniffing and chasing.

Also it gives your dog a positive outlet for their natural predatory skills, chase, hunt, stalk etc.
