Pembrokeshire Photos And Trip On A Tall Ship

We recently had a caravan holiday in Pembrokeshire with lovely weather, and then last Sunday (for OH's 65th birthday pressie) we had a day out on a Jubilee Sailing Trust Tall Ship from Southampton onto the Solent.

Here are a few pics.

The Gwili Railway in Carmarthen. We usually try to have a steam train trip. Dolly and Remmy usually sleep. o

Marloes Sands where the grey seals come in shore to have their pups. :wub: :wub: We were high up on the cliff top looking down. We watched one seal for ages - I was convinced it was about to give birth - but nothing happened and it swam off!!

Thanks Rachel - Remmy is a gorgeous girl. She has such a lovely temperament.

The day on the Tall Ship was really good fun - not sure I would want to go for a week though!!

It looks like you had a wonderful time. Your OH is a brave man going up that rigging, I'd be like you and wouldn't dare!!

How fantastic to be able to watch the seals like that too.
