I think it may be just the angle of the photo, but he looks like he has stilts for legs!! I measured him 2 days ago & he was 16"/40cm to the shoulder. It looks like he is on target to make 20-22" He hasn't been weighed for a while but I need more effort to pick him up & he is really solid!!
