Parvo Question

My puppy had parvo when she was about 10 weeks old, she survived, but will have the parvo have stunted her growth? she was the biggest female in the litter and she seems to not be as big as she should. she a boxer/pit mix and got the energy of a chipmonk on speed, but she just seems like she's not getting any bigger. She is about 8 months old now and she's about half the size of my other pit (he's small for a pit too). Does anyone know about parvo, I know just the basics.

My old Lurcher Merlin had Parvo as a puppy at 12 weeks. He was very weedy as a puppy so I had him castrated quite early on vets advice but he still grew into a fine looking dog and died at about 12 years old. He had Parvo teeth in that his teeth were pitted, but other than that he was fine dog
