hi all ran flash today at armadale done a 20:54 for 315yrds not been ran for

4 month due to broken nail & bed not been in training or now't .daily walks &

good food ? is this a good time for 315 yrds .

Hi Foxy.

not bad for a 1st run after such a long lay off try and get him round every week (preferably twice a week) and that time will definatly come down.
