Paragraphs

I seem to be having an issue where I will use paragraphs in the origianl post and when I click submit it groups all the content into one big paragraph. The only way to get round it is to edit it and then resubmit it.

Is it a problem with my browser or a known issue?

Just thought I'd mention it just incase there was something in the system causing problems.
