how many people have actually made their own pancakes

as opposed to buying a ready mix ?

i always do my own and mine were bigger than a dinner plate (huge) (massive)

tony says hes full on 1 pancake :D
 
I have everything ready in the kitchen Tina, eggs, flour, milk etc and I have even bought a new lemon squeezer! Just waiting for Nick to get back in sp I can start the battering! :lol:
 
I have just made my own for my daughter :thumbsup:

I made my own and I don't even like them!! Made the batter for hubby and kids! Hubby cooked them - I can't stand the smell and as there was batter left he made the dogs one each :wub: . He must like them after all!!!!!!!! :lol:

I made 53 in 2 hours.........at school today......

I forgot too :eek: but luckily had some ready made strawberry filled ones in the fridge, home made in Lidl :lol:

Just had them now with healthy yoghurt. And not so healthy glass of wine.
 
:eek: Blast!! I forgot too :angry: Bit late now, Ill have to make some tomorrow instead. I love pancakes.
 
well off course i made mine from scratch :- cause im such a brilliant cook :p my son said they looked so nice it was a shame to eat them so he didnt :lol:
 
I will confess,i brought them already made :eek: just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds.They were quite nice with the toffee sauce and cream :D
 
I made my own - always do - although my son's girlfriend had taken him some down at work, but he managed to force one of mine down...through fear of the consequences if he didn't (w00t)
 
we didnt have any last night, i am crap at making them and OH wasnt well enough, so we are having them later on in the week :)

ok now, pancakes are made with flour, salt, milk and egg

pancake mix is a white powder with instructions to 'just add milk and egg'

sooooo

what exactly can be in the pack of pancake mix do ya reckon?
