Strangely on Jill Peak's website Patsy's new Champions bitch's name is Bayard Islay Mist at Dumbriton which I can well understand as the whisky connection is there.

Sired by Khabaray Single Malt the pups are named as:- Bayard Islay Mist and Bayard Inchmurrin (both Islay Mist and Inchmurrin being quality Scotch Single Malts)

Patsy which is correct - the name on Jill's site or the one you use?? It has struck me as odd the name Islamist which would be pronounced more as Islam - ist rather than Islay Mist.

Hi Dawn, no it is Islamist, as in Isla St. Claire, pronounsed Ila. The Aultmore distillery, just north of Keith is close to both the Isla and the Spey rivers, Single Malts made near the river Isla are 3 star and noted for their robust oaky style. Glad to help. Jill has it spelt wrong on her site.
