Can anyone help please, I have a 7 mth old Cross Bichon/yorkshire Terrier who seems to take great delight and peeing on mine and my daughter's bed. He also does not make any attempt to ask to be let out to wee?

Really getting difficult now

Thanks

Do you have a cage to keep it in? If not, buy one, make it into your dogs den and use it to toilet train him. Have you had a dog before? Why not look into joining a local dog training club for help and guidance. Do not allow the dog into your bedrooms if he is wetting on the beds. Take it outside after every feed, after it wakes up from sleep etc and encourage it to toilet on command.

We had two nights with Jacques a couple of months ago, when his nerves were really bad. (It was just after the dog behaviourist visited!!). He did a sprinkle in his sleep and spent hours trying to lick it away! The next night it was a teaspoon but since then he's been fine.

I couldn't be cross with him as I guessed he was really uptight (he was dreaming like crazy too) but I would have crated him if it had continued, as it's no joke stripping everything every day, including washing the mattress!!

TTT has given ex advice. Hope things improve for you.( It was suggested Jacques could have had a water infection or some sort of bladder problem which the vet would confirm, but thankfully we didn't need to go down that route ). What are your thoughts on the problem? Does he wee in the house during the day??
