Those eyes and that look on his face - it's enough to melt the hardest of hearts. :wub: Can I ask you where he came from and under what circumstances? He looks as though he must have been at least a neglect case. I'm asking because our life has a huge hole in it since Pip died and, although we're not ready yet, one day we hope to have another rescue.

He is approx 8 mths old. His owner no longer wanted him and he was being kept locked in a coal shed. He has a very thick coat so I would imagine he has lived outside all his life. He is taking to his new found home comforts like a duck to water!

Toddy was almost as thin when he arrived in May. I am still waiting for him to stop looking like a starved waif even tho' he eats like a horse!

When I think how cold it has been over January, my heart goes out to him, as well as the fact he would have been so lonely and isolated. I don't know all the facts, but on the face of this information, he's had a tough life so far. Good for you for taking him in and giving him much needed home comforts.
