Old Films/ On Whippets Etc

Interesting film around 1963 I think.

This would have been 7 years before the start of the BWRA & WCRA.

The German track looked good to me and what would we do for facilities like that now (48 years on)?

I note that one of the dogs was running in a white coat with the number 3 backwards. Did they get the film neg the wrong way round?
