It only seems like a heartbeat ago that Sage hit our shores in NZ.. where have the past 3yrs gone?

Thought I would share a piccy of how "The Birthday Present" has developed.

A very keen hunter who scales 6' fences to get to those iriating bunnies that call for her to play, how she has survived some of her escapades I do not know

NZ CH Skyeway Want Ya Back At Shenace - "SAGE" - half sister to Cristina's "ASHTON" who recently won RUBIS & BIS in Australia.

2010 has been a good year for Sage with the below being gained at All Breeds Champ Shows and a litter in March:

2 x RUNNER UP BEST OF GROUP

8 x BEST OF GROUP

2 x RUNNER UP BEST IN SHOW

1 x BEST IN SHOW (National Prelude Show, 2nd biggest show in NZ)

Proud??? YOU BETCHA!

She's really lovely Lynda and that's a great shot.

Fantastic Photo of her Lynda.....and I must say thankfully her son loves the bunnies but doesn't jump the fences! :)

Congratulations on all her fantastic wins and May her sons and daughters do you and her proud in OZ!

Ness & Pepper!

What a really lovely girl she is. Congratulations on all her success!

what a gorgeous girl!

well done on all her amazing wins...and multipurpose too

Thanks Lana... it is a lovely photo, she is a ratbag of a dog with a very independant personality (I blame it on her Australian heritage, lol) and hard to get good photo's of her as she fights me on the stack, however, when on the move is when judges fall for her.

We have had some wonderful international judges of late who have appreciated this wild child including those from USA, Sweden, Lithuania, Ireland and many from all over Australia.

Vanessa, you are very lucky with the handsome Pepper not jumping, Miss Thyme who we have retained is her mother reincarnated, I swear she has springs in her hocks!

And thank you Rachel for your compliment... haven't had a chance to be on K9 for quite some time, my kids seem to always be in the middle of some sport or other & computer time is very limited so we dont get to post as much as we would like and I always feel guilty at not being lavish & buying catalogues to post full results, Im afraid we are living life in the fast lane with a teenager & pre-teen sporting addicts, lol.

what a gorgeous girl!well done on all her amazing wins...and multipurpose too

Thank you  Yes she is very multipurpose! Her whole life evolves around the next bunny, bird, rat, pukekoho that she can catch! She has an extremely high prey instinct & caused me many heart failures when she's gone 'on hunt'.

Funny thing is we took her to racing thinking she would love it, well her face was almost utter disgust - you could see her thinking "why would I chase a fluffy thing that doesn't have a heart beat, do you all think I am stupid?" (w00t) (w00t) Interesting was our young male Kobi who has an average drive to hunt was insane on the lure, he was so fast & out raced his seasoned competitors, having said that, he has a high chase drive for the hose & frizbee's :teehee:

She is really lovely Lynda.....super photo! I love her! And I am prepared to bet ya that her attitude is what makes her stand out from the crowd! Huge CONGRATULATIONS on all her many successes & here's to many, many more to come!!

 missed this thread, she looks beautiful Lynda (almost as beautiful as Ashton) both are an absolute credit to you.

Congratulations and here's to  many many more brilliant results
