Newbie stan the man

Hi I'm mum to Stan a 11 month old cocker spaniel looking for tips on training and socialising he is well behaved until another dog is spotted and he is off

spaniels are very friendly and love people and dogs,try getting a very long training lead so you can stop him by calling him and halting him at the same time also rewarding him with a treat that might help.

I also have a cocker spaniel he loves to bark when another dog come too close, but then he's fine he got three other mates at home to play with all shapes and sizes.
