How can I find out where I can go coursing ?and how do start to train my dog for it ?

and is 4 years old to old?

I dont want to know too much do I!

Personally I don't think 4 is too old. I took one of mine for the first time at that age and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Where are you in the country ?
