Can anyone help - Dog needs owner for Xmas

A friend of mine has a puppy that he's giving away free. It's a small

dachshund, very cute, and great with kids. He's getting rid of it because

his wife says it 'stares' at her, and it gives her the 'heebee jeebies'.
