New greyhound owner

Hi all,
Wanted to say hi and find a community where we might get help when we need it. We are on day 1 of fostering a retired greyhound for the duration of the lockdown (but husband is already talking about how we might keep him).
Any advice on training a horse like dog who knows about as much as a puppy, very much appreciated.
