Never enough poo bins...

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but I often find that a lot of dog friendly places (more so self catering or hotels with large gardens) do not provide dog poo bins!

We have been away this weekend with Dennis to a self catering style accommodation and there wasn't a poo bin in sight. I then had three poo bags and no where to put them.

I don't do a separate dog poo bin. Guests just put them in the black wheelie bin for collection with the rest of the non recyclables .

Do you let your guests know they can put them in there? I didn't even see a black bin anywhere at this place.

Actually I don't - I didn't think about it! But now you've raised the question I will add that to my doggy page in the house book

I've always added them (in poo bags of course) to the general waste bin. After all, they're going to end up in the same place they would if they went into a dedicated poo bin.

If out and about you can put them in normal waste bins (according to our Local Authority anyway).
