Hi
My puppy is 12 weeks he’s had in off cow pat/ runny poops since we have had him about 2 weeks now. I W was worried about parvo years ago a puppy of ours got this and it was horrific but thanks fully my puppy seems well and happy so deffo not parvo but today I’ve noticed his tummy seems swollen. He’s still eating drinking playing chewing everything we are currently in the process of changing his food slowly as we think this is making his poops runny. He has been wormed vaccinated and is happy and playful should I be worried?
Thanks xxxxxx

You could book an appointment with your vet just to make sure its nothing to worry about. And welcome :)

Ysah i know just so scared too just in case after our other puppy 4 years ago i am so neurotic and worry its parvo i know it isnt this time but dont want it to be anything serious

It is quite common for pups to have runny poo as a result of the stress of being separated from their mum and littermates. The main concern for me would be dehydration so as long as he is drinking well and seems lively, i wouldn't panic. That said, it doesnt take long for pups to go downhill (because they are teeny) so any lethargy or similar should be referred to a vet. If he is eating, you could mix water into his food.
