Need Some Guidance Please!

Hello from a new member and a recent convert to the world of whippets. My previous dog owning experience is with collies and spaniels but I was introduced to a whippet at the beginning of this year and fell in love with them! I work from home, in the countryside near Glasgow, and would be a caring and responsible owner. But help........I'm now looking for breeders with pups. Can anyone give me some advice? I am very willing to travel within the UK. Many thanks. Sheila

Thanks for the welcome - just seen your pictures. Aren't they just such lovely dogs. Can't believe I've not discovered them before now! Cheers Sheila

Hi - I have no set ideal. I went to a show recently and must admit that I liked the creamy colour...but there again I liked them all! I've been told dogs are the best companions - but I'm sure everyone has there own opinion on that one?? I'm not in any great rush. Cheers - Sheila
