Need some advice..

Hi, my name 8years old, just found some inflammation near his lip? But no idea what is this and how to treat.
Any one can give me some advice?

Hello and welcome.

When I find lumps or bumps on my dog, I usually wait for three or four days to see whether they just go away. But if they don't, or if they get worse, that's when I would involve a vet.
