Although not quite as bad as a few weeks ago, we still have the dreaded myxi in these parts, heres one she picked up early this morning, and what a beautiful morning it was

Not all rabbits die of myxy.. maybe this young un had gotten over the disease.. :thumbsup:
 
Most of my lot won't touch a rabbit with myxy but will do healthy ones ...anyone know why ??

a lot of dogs wont pick up Myxy rabbits not 100% sure why but maybe they can sense they arnt going to run and a lot of dogs wont pick up squatters.

Your right sparky a lot of rabbits do recover from Myxie but unfortunatly people think they all die from it, we had a bad case around here 2 years ago we lost a lot but a load survived and i'm guessing they will now be immune to it and hopfully they will pass that immmunity to the young.

My three got one with Myxi yesterday...it was bouncing with fleas... thats the worst of them...
