My Puppy's Testicles, Gross But I Need Help

I have a 7 month old Pug/Japanese Chin mix. He is developing fine aside his seperation anxiety, but his testicles, I've noticed, looked bruised. While playing with his favorite sex buddy, my old favorite teddy bear, the bear's arm rubbed against his testicles and he whelped. I put him on his back and tried to rub his belly moving down toward them and he tried to snap at me. Do all puppy testicles become sore or this like a sign of something going wrong with my baby?

He might have injured himself, hard to say without seeing the tetiscles. Any pics?

See how he goes and if this condition does not change in a day or so see a vet. :luck:
